Merge branch 'new_org' into 'master'

solve issue with new data organisation + fix issue #20

In the branch new_org we solved the issue #20. we disccommented the line calculating the number of lead time (variable NLT). We also add to modify the path to fit with the new data organisation (expid/original_files/...). @rfernand @cprodhomme
