- SAVEDD has been defined in ifs & ecearth cleaning templates

- LFASTRES has been removed from expdef.conf
- CMIP5 if construct has been removed from ifs & ecearth simulation templates. The idea is to use Autosubmit conf stuff to control experiment parameters.
