- Minor changes: help messages for configuration files

New option:vert_Tsections to plot zonal temperature sections along 45S, 0N, 45N and meridional temperature sections along 30W, 80E, 180E

Bug fix (rerun feature): when using old configuration files: check if RERUN option exists and if does not exist set rerun to false.

New variables: dew point, convective precipitation, evaporation, snowfall, surface solar radiation upward, surface solar clear-sky radiation, surface thermal radiation downward, surface thermal radiation upward, top thermal radiation, total cloud cover, 3d vertical wind, 3d cloud fraction, 3d cloud water content, 3d cloud ice content
