- In order to obtain the following stuff into the COMPLETED files updated the autosubmit.conf with respect to REM (remote job being run under some queueing system) and LOC (local job being run without any queueing system): REM: $job_end_time $job_queue_time $job_run_time $failed_jobs $failed_jobs_qt $failed_jobs_rt LOC*: $job_end_time 0 $job_run_time $failed_jobs * For local jobs as considered there is no queueing system so job_queue_time=0 always and also founded that for local jobs counting failed_jobs_qt and failed_jobs_rt not much useful.

- rebuild tool updated from rebuild_nemo-r3309 to rebuild_nemo-ece3 - upgraded cdftools from version 2.1 to 3.0 (essential for ecearht3-spin templates) - in connection to ecearth3 apart from sim type of jobs (for other kind of templates like ini, post, clean and a few pre-sim steps) the tools like netcdf, hdfd5 and szip would be used as with which model has been compiled - while cdo and nco versions would have been chosen on the base of what has been made available at each platform by support team either under modular environment or without that.
