Fixed bug with submission when a job fails, now only reconnects to one platform. Now scheduler not configured correctly is applied to all platfomrs

Fixed a bug on the experiment history related to a job creation mechanism that failed when previous data was not found

Slurm is not loaded.
Ssh is not well configured.
SSH is not avaliable.
SSH refuses the connection.
Command is not avaliable on the remote platform

For unknown reason, check_call no longer waits for plot to be closed. Instead check_output must be used
