Adding logging module, every print output should have been replace with the actual level of log (debug, info, warning, error, critical).
all logs and temporary files should go in the tmp directory.

change to template to run my first exp with nemovar ensemble member. two lines added in MyTemplate.sim so that a job can be resubmitted at will. Bugfix to getAllChildren function so it passes a list of jobs instead of jobnames(used only to cancel a failed job and all its children) 

working version of autosubmit , with additional check of completion , possibility to restart from pickle and template updated for first experiment
