- stuff related to %PARALLEL_RUN_IFS%, %PARALLEL_RUN_ECEARTH% and %PARALLEL_RUN_NEMO% has been restructured
- the idea is to keep the configureation stuff clean and meaningful
- accordingly templates for ifs, ecarth and nemo has been updated
- in ithaca.conf %PARALLEL_RUN_NEMO% has also introduced

- The defined variable "INITIALDIR" has been removed to achieve symmetry among configurations belong to different HPC platforms
- Accordingly the templates for nemo has been updated.

- In order to distinguish among general variables coming from configuration or templates, a few modification has been made.
- For the time being *_DIR convention has been adopted for configuration stuff.
- And the templates has been updated accordingly.

- The variable "SHELL" has been removed now

- ecearth, ifs and nemo templates has been updated accordingly

- Renamed marenostrum to bsc

- Removed mandatory option CLEAN and RESTART

- Removed hardcoded value HPCARCH on autosubmit.conf; it is filled automatically now
- Removed failed dependece now we can use an update_list.txt locate in /cfu/autosubmit/<expid>/pkl
- Added new method to Status class needed for the new update method
- NOTE: This version needs hard testing

- In templates a few sections has been defined now such as "General Paths", "Model Configuration" etc

- Issue with environment settings for Ithaca is also fixed in "ithaca.conf"
