- please follow the convention of creating sections into the common templates
so that one could always know about the contact person, Dep (dependencies) and
Ref (reference id of experiment)
- rule of thumb is: may everyone don't need everything

- One must obey the convention and follow the order; the rule of thumb is first thing should come first.

and now the nemo template(s) have been updated accordingly.

- RETRIAL number to retry the job submit in case a job fails is introduced in autosubmit.conf (can be modified on the fly)

- ecearth3 also switched to netcdf-4.1.3 at ithaca

- reorganized folder structure for confs (expdef, autosubmit and archdef), templates (ecearth, ifs, ecearth3, ifs3, nemo and common) and headers w.r.t. templates
- introduced new job types localsetup, remotesetup and localtrans
