Fixed #428. Added a method on platform that writes the Job Id at the top of the file, this method is used in job.py. Some helpful comments were added.

Fixed #430: Added configuration option in autosubmit_expid.conf to set the default output in CREATE, SET STATUS, MONITOR, RECOVERY. Added -d option in the operation previously mentioned that shows a list view of the jobs. Replaced the txt generation algorithm.

Attempt at fixing #179. Locking has been encapsulated, then closed properly according to the portalocker developer. Also, exceptions and keyboard interrupts are handled, so the locking is always properly closed.

After merging issue #374 into issue #372, and doing the corresponding testing, validation for -ftc has been improved and documentation for set status has been expanded to include the new feature.

Both branches included highly related features.

Fixed Issue #386: Now eadmin user can delete any experiment regardless of owner, iff -f is included.

Removing fc verification, it was too restrictive. Including 'Any' keyword in filter_section and filter_job(lst) verification.

Log.critical and Log.warning input improved. Corrected a bug in exception handling. Log.debug included according to suggestions.
