Removed -f redundant option to change_pkl

Added method __str__ to job to improve debugging

Removed exit calls from inner autosubmit code. Changed, autosubmit returnvalues to 0 if succesful, 1 if not.

 Test command can not run now on rerun configurations
 Bug fix: budget property not set for local queue

Bug fixes: set log file on delete to prevent an error on test command and changed function call on update parameters to replace 2 removed functions

Rerun only jobs now only execute if previous chunk is not configured to run (chunk 1 never run rerun only jobs)

Symlinking to the experiment remote_log_dir the outupt and error files created by ecaccess in CCA hidden folder .ecacces_DO_NOT_REMOVE. Small fixes in autosubmit logs.
