Parents/child dependency for clean jobs

Hi,

When running ocean nudged simulations, a clean job systematically needs the previous clean job to have run before (except for the first clean). This has always been the case for any nudged simulation. A parent/child dependency therefore needs to be included for the clean job in the pkl file of nudged experiments. Since it is crucial for nudged experiments and it does not matter for the other experiments, I would suggest to add the dependency by default.

Best regards Virginie
