Devel4 (advanced conf v4.0.0b14) and 4.0.0b modules

This issue lists BSC-CES using Autosubmit 4, if someone is missing, please tag them.

I want to be sure that all models/workflows work under autosubmit/devel4-foss-2015a-Python-3.7.3.

As you may know, this version, aside of other things, uses:

• Custom conf
• The project files feature is deprecated in favor of custom config

Are all destine adapted to the new custom config? Is it safe to be it the 4.0.0b version?

For @ctena, the project files parameter is deprecated ( I think you were using it ) and should use custom config instead.

I want to match autosubmit/4.0.0b-foss-2015a-Python-3.7.3 with the most recent updates because it is an ancient tag now, but I want to be sure that all work under the latest tag ( autosubmit/devel4-foss-2015a-Python-3.7.3 )
