General questions on autosubmit config/usage

Hello @mcastril, @dbeltran and @bdepaula,

this is a general issue (supposed to have multiple threads) as I have encountered several minor issues using autosubmit. For most of these I encountered errors such that I either mis-interpreted the documentation or found a bug. In case it seems to be a bug, I am happy to file a proper bug report.
