Add email support for operational mode

Discussing with @jcuadrad and @jvegas, it would be nice to add an email notification when a job is completed. This is almost mandatory when running AS for operational runs. When finally deployed in bscesautosubmit01.bsc.es, a postfix server can be configured to send emails to @bsc.es recipients.
