Pkl file and distributed DDBB (job_data_xxxx.db) not synchronized

Summary

As mentioned in autosubmit_api#31 (comment 266663), experiments a6zk and a70a don't have any content inside their job_data_xxxx.db and according to the AS_LOGS/xxxx_xxxx_run.log it is running. It seems that it just affected these 2 experiments that were copied from another experiment, so I guess is not something related to the version v3.14 in particular.

This is a problem for newer versions of the API that only rely on having the job_data_xxxx.db database synchronized and not a snapshot of the pkl file in the removed as_times.db. Instead, the API will return 0 total and completed jobs.
