Some AS error messages still use ".conf" (e.g. jobs.conf)

Summary

@ltenorio noticed this while we tested AS wrappers for his work on the API & GUI. I think I had a wrapper that was set to use the local platform, and the error message included "not in jobs.conf" I think. He noticed that it was saying .conf even though now we are using YAML.

I searched in PyCharm for .conf and immediately located it.

For this issue we can search the code (and docs) for .conf and adjust the text to match what we have now in AS4.

jobs.conf, for instance, is displayed in error messages.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Either jobs.yaml or, more likely, a better text indicating the JOBS part of the conf?
