[cicd] Run tests with pytest instead of nose

It supports running both, nose and pytest tests. We already have new tests written in Pytest that are not being executed (on master, and on separated branches and merge requests).

Let's try to get this merged to fix the CICD pipeline that's not running everything, and broken at the moment.
