The jobs completed previously are always marked as completed

There is an error with the _COMPLETED files. The most recent versions of Autosubmit are copying these files from remote to local platform. The problem is that it does not delete the previously copied files before the next copy process. This wrong management of these files is producing a confusing situation for the tool, because it is detecting the files copied previously on the local platform and this produces that the tool mark the jobs as completed although they hasn't been completed.
