-y to copy the default HPCARCH?

Hello @dbeltran and @bdepaula,

Summary of the feature

Right now, when a user copies an experiment with -y, the "default" HPCARCH is "local". I think that it would be great that if the user doesn't specify -H, the HPCARCH is copied from the original eperiment.

Describe your use case

I think that in general users think that -y will also copy the default HPCARCH.
