[documentation] Review our SEO for the GUI docs

The GUI docs have been moved to its own project page, but Google results are still showing the docs on the AS page. We should review if those pages have already been removed, if not then add a redirect in Sphinx to the AS GUI docs (Google will understand what happened and fix its index, eventually). Thanks to @mcastril for noticing it.
