Log files in a single path in just one platform

As suggested by @editomas in the first place and talked in the Models & Workflows Team meeting, would you find useful to have a single place where LOG files are stored when running an experiment?

Currently, LOG folders are created in the local platform (e.g.: /esnas/autosubmit-nmmb/a000/tmp/LOG_a000/) and the HPC (e.g.: /gpfs/scratch/bsc32/bsc32220/a000/LOG_a000/) auto-models can implement a move of the logs back to the local platform. But would it be useful (and make sense) to have it as a common feature in Autosubmit?

Maybe newer users of Autosubmit can share their views on this? @etourign @aquesad1 (please feel free to add more people!)
