Using 'SETSTATUS' to synchronize remote RUNNING jobs

It could be interesting to allow the "synchronization" of the already running jobs with Autosubmit.

It could be possible through the SETSTATUScommand, allowing the RUNNINGstatus as the target status and allowing a (list of) parameter to determine the remote job id that will be used by Autosubmit to keep tracked the status of the job.

Some times we have thought "if it was possible...", so why not?
