Incompatibility between templates and autosubmit version

Hi, I had modificated the template to run run EC-Earth V2.3 with a new flag in the namelist that require to be set to the stardate (that can be found in ecearth.sim). I did this change and launch a new experiments. However, when the simulation is finished, the template is compressed (template.zip), and when I relaunch the experiment, the new wimulation fails because the new template disappear:

Its is because the template directory disappered. Each time that I want to relaunch the simulation I need therefore to do a 'git clone template.git' to find my template.

It is not a big issue, it is just a bit disturbing...
