Issues with setstatus -fc

Hi,

I think -fc is affecting SYNCHRONIZE = MEMBER jobs in an unexpected way.

If I do:

autosubmit setstatus a0wu -fc "[ 19790101 [ fc01 [1] fc02 [1] fc03 [1] fc04 [1] fc05 [1] fc06 [1] fc07 [1] fc08 [1] fc09 [1] fc10 [1] fc11 [1] fc12 [1] fc13 [1] fc14 [1] fc15 [1] fc16 [1] fc17 [1] fc18 [1] fc19 [1] fc20 [1] fc21 [1] fc22 [1] fc23 [1] fc24 [1] fc25 [1] ] ]" -t COMPLETED -s --hide

I would expect this to set the first chunk of every member to COMPLETED. However, it is also setting to COMPLETED every job with "SYNCHRONIZE = MEMBER".

Before: /esarchive/autosubmit/a0wu/plot/a0wu_20180320_1737.pdf
After: /esarchive/autosubmit/a0wu/plot/a0wu_20180320_1740.pdf

The log: /esarchive/autosubmit/a0wu/tmp/20180320_174008_set_status.log

I see ENKF jobs have not a chunk number in this log, so I guess this could be related.

At the same time, in the manual

http://autosubmit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/troubleshoot.html?highlight=change%20job%20status

The syntaxis of -fc is specified without double quotes in the example, so I think this should be corrected.
