updated_list_xxxx.txt file is processed and renamed when doing setstatus without -s but the results are not saved

When there's a **updated_list_xxxx.txt ** file to change the status of some jobs and you do manually a autosubmit setstatus without the -s the file is processed an renamed but the results are not saved, so if you relaunch the autosubmit setstatus -s then the file is not there anymore and is not processed this second time if you don't rename it manually.
