PROJECT_TYPE local and PROJECT_DESTINATION

When using auto-nemo, the variable FILE_PROJECT_CONF of expdef_????.conf must be set to FILE_PROJECT_CONF = auto-nemo/templates/nemo/nemo.conf

Putting it to FILE_PROJECT_CONF = templates/ecearth3/ecearth3.conf as it is done for auto-ecearth3, would make the creation of autosubmit experiment crash.

Note that PROJECT_DESTINATION was left to model PROJECT_DESTINATION = model but this does not seem to have an effect: no directory called model is created.
