autosubmit/3.12.0b-foss-2015a-Python-2.7.9 not working

@dbeltran @mcastril

autosubmit/3.12.0b-foss-2015a-Python-2.7.9 did not work for me this weekend. It stops at the initial line "Jobs ready for marenostrum4: ..." and does nothing. while the log of the run stops at the line: "2019-06-09 10:02:45,074 Could not remove file /gpfs/scratch/pr1ehu00/pr1ehu15/a1yw/LOG_a1yw/a1yw_ASThread_15600668827226_2500_183.cmd"

I've tried also with the lastest autosubmit version and had the same problem. I could only use the deafault one.

Some changes must have been made last Friday (or Thursday) on autosubmit/3.12.0b-foss-2015a-Python-2.7.9. Is it the case? Please let me know if I'm wrong. I know that it is a beta version but it is the only one we can use for vertical-horizontal wrappers.

Is it not possible to keep a working version frozen? I lost the chance to run important simulations during the time the machine was free :(, with the default verion I could run ensemble only simulation but not ensemble-Da simulations for which we need vertical-horizontal wrappers.

for info, @ojorba @fmacchia @gmontane
