Monitor txt format clarification

Hi, I have some doubts / suggestions about the txt format monitor.

  --txt,                generates only txt status file
  -txtlog, --txt_logfiles  generates only txt status file(AS <3.12 behaviour)

I think that -txt produces the same effect has -txtlog, and this is not documented.

On the other hand, I think that all the extended parameters should be prepended with -- and not -
