Setstatus datelist range

I open this issue to keep track of the implementation of the setstatus date range feature.

We have that filters -fc and -ftc allow to user to filter by date e.g. 19601101. We would like to allow the user to provide a range for that filter e.g. 1960[0101-0501] so the status changes are effective for the dates 19600101 19600201 19600301 19600401 19600501.
