Bug database retrieving

When trying to run the project a3fd, that it's a copy of the t0j8, I found the next error:

Initially I thought that it was related to the ecmwf credentials looking the message just above the [ERROR] since I didn't have them yet, but @mcastril made me notice the previous [WARNING] message regarding what seems to be the real problem.
