Procedure to restore a pkl file

@eexarchou just reported me some errors in the GUI when trying to visualize experiment a3kk. I supposed that it was due to an issue with the pkl file, so I went to look in the directory:

mcastril@bscearth319:/esarchive/autosubmit/a3kk/pkl> ls -lrt *pkl
total 643
-rw-rw-r-- 1 eexarcho Earth 152280 abr 15 09:04 job_list_a3kk_backup.pkl
-rw-rw-r-- 1 eexarcho Earth      0 abr 15 09:06 job_list_a3kk.pkl

I told her to do cp job_list_a3kk_backup.pkl job_list_a3kk.pkl. This is just to report that these kind of issues are happening.

If this is the best way to proceed, could you please document it in the Autosubmit documentation?
