Test Autosubmit installation from scratch

The target is to verify if the instructions in the documentation are sufficient and complete to install Autosubmit in a new machine.

So, ideally, we should test the installation of Autosubmit in a VM or a new machine, or create a new Python virtual environment, to ensure that there aren't pre-installed packages.
