Autosubmit support channels

Thinking about the process to give support to Autosubmit external users, I detected some pitfalls...

Autosubmit project is open outside and therefore issues can be checked by anyone (which is good). However, external users cannot open issues.

On the other hand, the Autosubmit mailing list (autosubmit@bsc.es) is more used for internal communications. The mailing list is moderated (by me, to prevent spam mail) and external users could theoretically send their inquiries, that would arrive at the whole list.

I think that it would be good to create a support address, like autosubmit-support@bsc.es with the Autosubmit members as only recipients and open it outside (once we start to receive spam, and if the filter doesn't work well we could change it to "moderated" too).

This can be a first contact point for External users, that could eventually be invited to the Autosubmit project if they need to create issues.
