Handle module , bashrc and other automatic loaded scripts
Former title: Handle incorrect.bashrc
This is an issue related to .bashrc.
There are cases when autosubmit behaviour is strange because some configuration that changes the paths is put in the .bashrc.
Since the user will be the one that launches autosubmit, perhaps I can add a new check that looks in the (user) ~./.bashrc to show a warning for potential issues. This check would look for the keyword "cd" per example ( to investigate further)
Meanwhile, I'll investigate how to detect this in running time. There is already a timeout but Autosubmit doesn't give any info about it and it is a very long timeout.
edit: Also, for platforms that don't use bash, this should be disabled.
