Autosubmit setstatus

This issue is about improvements in set status:

• In this command, and in general, in any command, I think it would be better if we show the extended help, as it is in the documentation. I mean, the one that is shown in Readthedocs explaining the formatting, etc.

• I see that setstatus checks the connection to all platforms before running. I think this isn't necessary, is it?

• In Autosubmit 4.0, I suggest allowing combining the different filters instead of using -ftc that is less intuitive.
