[Documentation] Rewriting and Polishing Documentation

I have read extensively Autosubmit's ReadTheDocs and there are some changes and rewritting that we need to do.

There are some duplicate pages (e.g. how to create a dummy experiment and tutorial start guide), loose sentences (e.g. "illustrates the output of the autosubmit monitor. It describes all workflow jobs’ possible status and actual status." at run and monitoring and "Lastly, if autosubmit configure doesn’t work for you or you need to configure additional info create:" at installation), and a bunch of silly typos and grammar issues.
