No JSON object could be decoded

I wanted to run again an experiment, from LOCAL_SETUP. I put all jobs to WAITING.

But when running the AS command line autosubmit run a550 -rm "fc00" (to run only the first member), I have this issue:

[ERROR] Trace: No JSON object could be decoded
 [CRITICAL] Error while checking job templates [eCode=7067]

I don't know what it means, even when looking at the documentation of AS:

| 7067  | Historical Database not found  | Configure [historicdb] PATH = <file_path>. |

I'm using autosubmit/3.13.0-foss-2015a-Python-2.7.9

Could you help me with that please?
