Slurm issues this weekend

From the conversations I had with @dbeltran , it seems that there were some issues with Slurm this weekend that Autosubmit was unable to manage since different conditions were met that made the auto-recovery not work perfectly.

As said previously, please create issues when this happens to continue improving Autosubmit (and also to track all the actions taken).
