Allow to migrate experiments that uses the advanced configuration

Using autosubmit migrate with advanced (distributed) configuration won't work unless there is a platform_a04b.yml file in the $expid/conf.

We have to fix it since it has a few hardcode configurations ( per example, the user_to and project_to expect to modify the file expid/conf/platform\_expid.yml. #910 (closed)
