permission denied for SIM with autosubmit 3.2

Hi, I tried autosubmit 3.2 but I faced the following error: a03r_19790101_fc0_1_SIM.20160216115841.err:/home/bsc32/bsc32774/.lsbatch/1455620322.1598352.shell: line 12: /gpfs/scratch/bsc32/bsc32774/a03r/LOG_a03r/a03r_19790101_fc0_1_SIM.cmd: Permission denied

in order to have this chunk running I had to change manually the permission to have it executable. This is not normal, isn't it? For other experiments using 3.1.9 the SIM.cmd did not have permission to be execute, but they did work with no problem.
