Comments in new configuration files

Hello @dbeltran and @bdepaula,

I was just trying autosubmit 4.0.71 and I would like to share some feedback.

Old default configuration files used to have (a lot of) comments explaining the purpose of each parameter, I saw that the new yaml files don't have any. I would say that it was useful.

Also, the platforms file contain a lot of information from the platforms that are used at BSC and @dbeltran 's user. Don't know if that is on purpose.

Anyway, glad to have it published already! Great work.
