catlog branch, but rebased onto master. And @dbeltran and I had discussed briefly about it happening in another merge-request/branch.

Summary

I was testing a brand new workflow, when the autosubmit run was executed then I noticed the new directory in my ~/autosubmit/a006/tmp/LOG_A006, next to the ~/autosubmit/a006/tmp/LOG_a006.

Run a dummy experiment with master, c87d5422d074213894ea142166dba46a708c7bed

Extra directory.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Only two folders under tmp.
