Fixed #571 (closed). Added proper structure table initialization when first creating the experiment. Exceptions from the structure handling module are now shown using Log.warning instead of print. This problem did not affect the previous Autousubmit implementation and the structure was effectively stored the second time the generate function from job_list was executed; however, the messages were annoying and it needed to be fixed.
