Contributing to #676 (closed). If the proj.conf file is not found, a warning will be thrown. If any of the other conf files are missing, a Critical Exception will be raised and the program should stop.
FYI @mcastril @dbeltran By the way, warnings are not shown by default in the console because the log level is INFO, I wonder if it is intended.
