Intern retrials

I spent a lot of time fixing the total_stat value I implement it inside the wrapper itself but I still have bugs with it

  • First-line should be the last line
  • First line value => Second line first value
  • First line value => get from Stat_{last_retry}

Also, I merged the intern_retrials with the total retrials and had issues with the inc.fail_count but I think now it is fixed.

There are now job_name.STAT_{retrial} files that differ from the main implementation they're created from the python vertical wrapper in order to be written by the thread that recovers the log files.

I will fix the pipeline then pass on some other issue and then fix the last remain bug
