Update DB docs, use tables, break lines, and review the text

Merged Bruno de Paula Kinoshita requested to merge update-db-docs into master

Quick merge request to use tables so that it's easier to visualize the database files used by Autosubmit.

Also added a column with the default location and edited the text a bit.
