MR to prepare Autosubmit docker image for EDITO

Allow pip install from git -
Fix dependencies on build -
Allow changing the .autosubmitrc -
Bruno to disable CICD for /docker/folder (annoying that it's running/blocking MR from being merged as that's not built in CICD) -
Rebase & fix conflicts & squash commits -
Add a note in the changelog -
Make SSH work in the container (@bdepaula I need a hand with that) (we can do in the other MR) -
Push containers to DockerHub (before or after this gets merged) -
Add ssh/vault/jupyterlab on top of it (if possible) -
Use autosubmit/autosubmit 4.1.9 -
Test it
