This merge is to add the recipes written by Stamen.

I was looking at Easybuild docs to see if we can add some env variables or custom parameters like:
eb --local-version='4.1.11' --local-tag='v4.1.11' $recipe_name --rebuild
So we wouldn't have to touch the file, but I found nothing
