- Fixed bug trying to find second dimension on longitudes for a global domain (regular on longitudes so it has only one dimension)
- Removed the world_info entry not needed anymore

- Better input reads with less memory (not to maintain unused profiles e.g. non-selected month)
- Avoided pandas during calculation
- Extracted temporal constants (month, weekday, julian day, hour) during general initialization
- Hardcoded hour to 12:00 for non-hourly simulations (to avoid daylight saving time errors)
