Hi Neven, 2 questions: first of all, at line 806, you get mask_regions.nc, but I'm not sure where it comes from and when it is copied from its original place to the workdir. 2nd: you replaced sie=`grep ${d}Exnsidc ice.txt|awk '{print $4}' by sie=`grep ${d}Extend ice.txt|awk '{print $4}'` This is something that @fmassonnet changed some time ago (commit 17d61689e51568c6fedfb28d13b516e6c3fef6af), it seems that you don't agree but we should decide which one is the right one.
